Limiting ReactantWe rarely have exactly enough of each ingredient (reagent)... This skill shows which one you will run out of first. In this example, oxygen is your limiting reagent.

Percent YieldThe calculations to your left will tell you how much you can make if everything goes right. However, this is not reality. Divide what you actually get from the lab by what you thought you could, then multiply by 100 to get your percentage.
